What is included

For the low monthly price of $99, patients receive direct access to their doctor (with after-hours access for urgent needs), no wait visits, same day visits, longer appointments, and unlimited visits without additional copays. For those who do not have insurance, labs are discounted to whole sale prices and imaging costs have been negotiated with local centers. All procedures are included in monthly rate however pathology or supplies will be charged to patient at whole sale value.
