How long does it take to get COVID-19 test results?

The amount of time it takes to get results depends on the type of test you received. Depending on the type of COVID-19 test ordered by your provider, you can expect results on the same day or within 3-5 days.

Do I need an appointment to get a COVID-19 test?

Appointments for COVID-19 tests are strongly recommended. To book an appointment, please visit carbonhealth.com/locations, or download and open the Carbon Health app. Some urgent care clinics do accept walk-ins for travel clearance COVID-19 tests, but availability is limited.

Are walk-ins available for COVID-19 testing?

How can I access my test results?

You can access your test results by logging in to your account on our homepage or through the Carbon Health app (carbonhealth.com/download), navigating to "My Health," and then clicking "Lab Results."

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most insurance carriers, PPOs, and Medicare. To find out whether we accept your insurance, please visit carbonhealth.com/insurance-pricing.

I'm running late to my appointment. Can I still be seen?

If you are more than 15 minutes late to an urgent care clinic or 10 minutes late to a primary care clinic, your appointment will be canceled. If you show up after your appointment time, the clinic may still be able to see you; however, you will likely have to wait to be seen by a provider.

Are walk-ins available?

How do I schedule a new appointment?

To schedule a new appointment, either download and open the Carbon Health app or visit our homepage. If booking through our app, tap "Get Care." If booking on our website, select "Primary Care," "Urgent Care," or "Virtual Care" and click "Book an Appointment."
