What is included in the listed price?

The surgeons fees including consultation and uncomplicated follow-up care. The duration of postoperative care is different for each surgical procedure.

What happens if i have complications?

Expenses or fees resulting from complications subsequent to the surgery and discharge from the facility are not included.

Will i receive a bill from anyone else?

Possibly. If there is a need to send pathology, our price does not include any pathology fees. All diagnostic testing including lab, x-ray, and EKG are not included in the listed price.

How long is the quoted price valid?

Quotes are valid for 60 days.

Who do i pay?

All payments are made to Peoria Surgical Group and we take care of paying the facility and anesthesiologist.

What methods of payment are acceptable?

Cash, cashier’s check, and credit card.

Can payments be made?

Payment in full is required prior to the day of surgery. No payment arrangements can be made. These discounted prices are otherwise not available.
