Ashlei earned a law degree from Barry University after completing her undergrad at the University of Central Florida. Deciding that creating beautiful spaces was more appealing than creating legal briefs, she pursued a career in interior design before teaming with her longtime friend Kara on KIVA. Ashlei is a wife, mom, and yoga enthusiast who loves to laugh end enjoys travel.
Launching her career in the medical aesthetic industry after graduating from Florida State University, Kara helped build an industry-leading cosmetic surgery clinic from the ground up. The Florida native happily left a hectic travel schedule and her Director of Operations title to open KIVA with Ashlei. When she’s not cheering on the Noles, Kara jams to hip hop, explores the latest fashion trends, and hops on planes to go spend time with friends and family.
