Red Wing Eye Doctors

Originally from southern Minnesota, Dr. Winters received her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota. She then completed her doctorate at the Illinois College of Optometry followed by an optometric residency at Northeastern State University College of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

Dr. Crutchmer grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma and received her undergraduate degree in Health and Sport Sciences from the University of Oklahoma. She went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree, cum laude, at Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry, in Tahlequah. Dr. Crutchmer had specialized training in advanced clinical methods and ocular laser procedures while at NSUOCO. She completed her externship at BVA Advanced Eye Care of Oklahoma, a cataract and LASIK surgery center. She participated in multiple clinical rotations, in conjunction with the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma, focusing on ocular disease, surgical co-management, pediatrics and contact lenses.
