Dr. Orlee Hamer received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania before attending medical school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine. She did her post-graduate internship training at Delaware County Memorial Hospital and completed her residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York Presbyterian Hospital- Columbia University Medical Center and Weill Cornell Medical College.
Dr. Hamer is Board-Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation and Regenerative Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center.
Dr. Hamer specializes in a multidisciplinary approach to treat pain and musculoskeletal disorders by integrating physical therapy with injection techniques and osteopathic manipulation. Dr. Hamer individualizes her treatment plan with a focus on functional restoration. She employs a comprehensive approach to the treatment of pain and musculoskeletal disorders by providing medical care in an honest, kind, and compassionate manner.
After graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree at Rutgers University, Dr. Philip Ceraulo, D.O., FAAPMR, DAPBM completed and received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He completed a one year rotating osteopathic internship at Long Beach Medical Center in New York. Following that, Dr. Ceraulo completed a residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Stony Brook University Medical Center, where he also served as Chief Resident in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Ceraulo continued his training by completing a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management of Spine Disorders at the Florida Spine Institute. He is Board-Certified in the American Board of Pain Medicine and in Board-Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. As an integral part of Redefine Healthcare, Dr. Ceraulo treats every patient with the highest quality of care, and has a passion to help individuals attain a pain free life.

After studying Biology at West Virginia University for just 3 years, Dr. Grace was selected for early entrance to the West Virginia School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center and is a board-certified anesthesiologist. He completed his interventional pain fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
Dr. Grace joins us from Charleston, West Virginia as a former partner of Dr. Tim Deer at the Spine and Nerve Center of the Virginias. Dr. Grace has combined years of experience with thousands of successful procedures to provide improved function and quality of life for his patients. While his patient philosophy blends seamlessly with the rest of the Redefine team, Dr. Grace brings expertise in spinal procedures new to the practice, including sacroiliac joint fusion, minimally invasive treatments for lumbar spinal stenosis (MILD and/or Vertiflex procedures), spinal cord stimulation, DRG stimulation, and peripheral nerve stimulation.
Dr. Aaron J. Greenberg is board certified and fellowship trained in orthopedic surgery of the spine. He attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where he was elected into the AOA Honor Society after finishing top of his class. Dr. Greenberg completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at University Texas Medical School, followed by a fellowship in orthopedic spine surgery at Emory University.
Dr. Greenberg is passionate about patient care, treating patients who are experiencing pain, and getting them back to a great quality of life. He treats cervical, thoracic, and lumbar disorders of the spine. Dr. Greenberg uses the latest spine techniques, such as motion sparing technology, and specialises in minimally invasive spine surgery. Using a personal and sensitive approach in his patient care, Dr. Greenberg emphasises understanding the concerns of his patients.
Dr. David Wells-Roth is board-certified and fellowship trained in neurosurgery. He attended medical school at George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., followed by a residency at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. During his fellowship, he trained in interventional neuroradiology and in skull-based neurovascular surgery. Dr. Wells-Roth obtained additional training in oncologic surgery of the brain and spine at Memorial Sloan Kettering.
Dr. Wells-Roth provides the highest quality cerebrovascular surgical and endovascular techniques to patients with acquired and congenital neurovascular disease. He has expertise in minimally invasive spinal surgery and complex spinal instrumentation, as well as provides access to the latest surgical advances in the field of epilepsy. With an emphasis on patient care and communication, Dr. Wells-Roth makes his patients feel comfortable before and after surgery.
