Dr. Chao was very pleasant to speak too. It's my son's first time there and we felt that she took the time to get to know us and not rush. She gave us recommendations and sent our prescription to the pharmacy with no issues. She will be my son's PCP from now on.

Dr. Young was very approachable as she has always been from my experience over the past couple of years. I appreciated her candid manner especially about how the pandemic and recent injustices may be affecting professionals like herself without taking away from what I had to share. My takeaway is that we have in common being human with similar needs. After the video visit, I planned to schedule an in-person visit for my annual checkup but am willing to do another video visit with her should circumstances not permit the former.

The wait was ridiculously long for someone with an appointment. He didn’t even apologize. Too many patients.

The best! Dr. Shen identified something that my other FAMOUS pediatrian told me i dont need to see a specialist some one year ago. I am seeing the specialist soon and hopefully it is not too late for the kid.

She was friendly and I am looking forward to working with her . I like that she knew about asthma and wasn’t just like go to a Pulmonoligist.

I see Dr. Carolyn Chang since 2020 for my 20 months baby. She is his pediatrician and has been the best doctor ever. I have changed so many Pedetration until I found her. She always makes time to see my son wether on the video or in office and takes time to answer all my questions and concerns. She is super friendly and always thinks of the best for my child.
