Dr. Raj and assistant Lexi really did a nice job during my last visit for a tooth repair. From the onset of my visit, the front desk were polite and Covid-informative and alert, thank you! I even received a nice visit from Dr Patel who just stopped by to say hello. Thank you all for making my dental trip a very nice and professional experience!
I brought my son to see Lexie because she's great with kids and makes them feel comfortable. Prior to this appointment, my son went to a different office that took our insurance, but I wasn't happy with them. Pottstown Family doesn't take our insurance, but I was happy to pay out of pocket for a cleaner office, friendlier staff, and absolutely zero wait time beyond my scheduled appointment. Our appointment was at 8:30 and Lexie took us back right on time. The office we left that took our insurance, clearly overbooked, and our wait time was 40 mins. Another comparison between Lexie and the hygienists at the office we left, is Lexie thoroughly explained everything to me about my son's teeth. Our old office simply sent you the door as you were asking questions that they should have answered when my son was in the chair. We have definitely found our new office. Thanks Lexie!!

Dr. Patel is the BEST! I found her in 2020 and have since moved to DE, but I make the drive to see her whenever I need work done or need a cleaning. She is thorough and explains everything she is doing. I recommend her to anyone who has had a less than desirable experience with dentists over the years. She is the best around, and so are her techs!
