Dr. Smith was great. I had a septoplasty and a rhinoplasty done and I could not be more satisfied with my results. I went in to remove a hump bump and reduce my bulbous nose. I did not want a dramatic change, something minimal that still looked natural and he did exactly that. I feel like a better version of myself. No one noticed a difference which is what I wanted but in photos or I personally could notice the change. The best thing about my experience at the office is that I never felt worried or unsafe.
[Single best thing is...] The whole staff of the clinic was incredible (including the Doctors I met)! Very attentive, kind, genuine and polite. I felt very well taken care of throughout my entire experience. Although I'm from out of state I was in constant contact with Desiree pre-op and she relieved all of my anxieties and answered any questions I could come up with. Healing has been a breeze for me and I haven't had any complications. I get tons of compliments on my new boobs and I'm so in love with them too!

Dr. Smith was very attentive! He listened to what overall outcome I was looking to achieve, and gave me his professional opinion on how we should work together to achieve the results I wanted. His office staff was very friendly, and the helped put me at ease with the whole surgery and recovery process. It was the easiest procedure I have ever had done!
The whole experience was great.
The back office staff were all very helpful from my very first appointment. Dr. Smith took time to explain what he thought was best for my body and also explained other options that I had to choose from, I never felt pressured. The anesthesiologist text a day or two before surgery and helped me stay calm by informing me of what to expect. I would highly recommend this office. [Single best thing is...] The anesthesiologist texting me and walking me through what to expect helped the most because being put under is what I was most apprehensive about. Dr. Crowley was wonderful.
