Our fee is $150 for First, Second, and Third Class airmen medical examinations. A requested EKG submitted electronically to the FAA is $60. Our fee for AME Assisted Special Issuance review and issuance of an interim certificate is $75. Additional work required for a Special Issuance will be invoiced at an hourly rate of $300 per hour.

This 16-week intensive program starts with a comprehensive physical exam, including a full panel of labs, to ensure we know exactly where your health stands as you begin your metabolic transformation.
Your choice of one of the following books: “The Obesity Code” or “The Diabetes Code” by Dr. Jason Fung.
16 weekly group visits, where your vitals will be taken, along with weight and waist circumference, giving us multiple ways to track your progress. These visits provide the support needed to boost your success, as well as an opportunity to ask Dr. Meyer any questions you may have.
8 two-hour mini-workshops, led by experts from the community. Four workshops will center on meal planning and preparation. The other four will focus on healthful lifestyle habits that contribute heavily to your metabolic wellness
Repeat lab test halfway through and at the end of the program to quantify your progress.
Opportunities to purchase (at my discounted prices) other tools you may find useful in implementing and tracking your response to the lifestyle changes you learn in the program. (e.g. continuous glucose monitors, blood ketone/glucose monitors with test strips, DayTwo personalized food tracking program, Pique fasting teas, etc.)
