Cydney Weinstein

Cydney got her start in ABA in 2017, holding multiple positions along the way until she became a BCBA in October 2021. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and Human Development from The University of Arizona and went on to receive a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University.

Throughout the years, she developed a deep passion the training aspect of the field, specifically providing support to each person based on their individual needs.

She recognized that each employee deserves the same individualization and aid in learning that ABA services provides to its clients. She strives to bring this level of support to each employee within Cross River Therapy from the beginning of their hire process.

Cydney joined Cross River Therapy in 2021. She currently works as a Clinical Trainer and a BCBA. As a Clinical Trainer she focuses on creating and maintain the supports provided to our new employees. As a BCBA she provides community and in home services to clients in Charlotte, NC.
