I love being able to help clients and their families learn about their strengths and difficulties and give them hope for the future.
I’ve been able to help adults get accommodations at work, students get accommodations in school and for high stakes testing, including the GRE, move forward with adoption, learn more about their ADHD or autism, get insurance to cover specific therapies for autism and other conditions, and done IMEs (independent medical examinations) to support clients as they pursue disability benefits.
I love hearing back from my clients when these results pay dividends, and they are able to get into the school they wanted, they can get the help they need so they can be successful on a graduate exam, or they simply feel better in their own skin by understanding their own individual strengths and weaknesses. I do all of my telehealth appointments on a HIPAA-compliant version of Zoom. After testing, I provide a report of results and recommendations and a feedback session to explain results and answer any questions that you may have. I like being able to help guide clients toward treatments that will be most beneficial. I take a lot of pride in being able to help clients learn about themselves or their children and learn what they can do to help moving forward. In addition to providing a written report of results, I write referrals for services and share information with your other care providers at your request. I want you to walk away from an evaluation with clear steps of the client’s strengths and needs, and a good understanding of what to do next to support your child.
