Dr. Rebecca Gomez

Dr. Rebecca Gomez grew up in Coppell, TX. She received a BS in Biology from Texas Tech University. She went on to earn her M.D. at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where she was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. Dr. Gomez completed her residency in Family Medicine at Scott and White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX. She's Board Certified in Family Medicine since 2003.

After her residency, she started practicing both primary and urgent care. Dr. Gomez, along with her husband Dr. John Gomez, has been the owner and operator of Rapid Med Urgent Care since 2006. She is passionate about providing personalized healthcare to her patients while empowering and encouraging them to opt for a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Rebecca Gomez and her husband are the proud parents to two sons and has been a resident of Argyle since 2004. She loves exercising, traveling, reading, and shuttling her kids around when free. She serves as a Cub Scout Den Leader and is a member of the Baptist Church, Argyle.
