Dr. Phoon is a board-certified pediatrician specializing in pediatric cardiology. He has more than 25 years’ experience. Dr. Phoon provides expert specialty care beyond the primary care doctor’s management of patient conditions to those up to 21 years of age. As a specialist in pediatric cardiology, Dr. Phoon diagnoses and treats heart problems in children.
