Healing Path Counselling Services

Healing Path Counselling Services in Rockwood, Ontario is a home-based private practice in a picturesque setting. Services for children (aged 5+), adolescents, and adults. Mental health counselling services with a focus on therapy for teenagers, grief counselling and trauma counselling. The main approach used is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which looks at challenging and changing unhelpful thoughts, emotions and behaviours and developing positive coping strategies. This is enhanced with modalities including Somatic Experiencing Therapy, Emotion Focused therapy, Solution Focused therapy, strengths-based and mindfulness. Currently Counselling services can be provided in-person or virtual (video or phone sessions).
